The internal review of An Bord Pleanála

Allegations over the last year have raised serious concerns about the ABP, in turn, a number of examinations have been conducted. A report was recently released by three senior ABP staff members and this briefing examines the findings which have seriously undermined the reputation of the Board and embroiled it in costly litigation.
